The university has a list of pre-approved vendors that the Faculty of Health Sciences (FHS) is authorized to commission due to liability and purchasing agreements.  For assistance with furniture orders for FHS occupied buildings, please submit a service request to Corporate Services.  We will arrange to provide you with quotes and schedule delivery and installation.

If you require an ergonomic assessment prior to ordering furniture, please contact the FHS Safety Office.

For any non-FHS space furniture orders, please submit a service request through Mosaic.

To refresh a space, please submit a service request to Corporate Services.  Due to liability reasons, contractors are from a pre-approved list and we will work with you to obtain quotes and schedule the work.

Other Campus Buildings

Facility Services will assist with work for campus buildings other than the HSC.  Please submit a service request through Mosaic.
