Health Sciences Centre Underground Parking Garage
FHS Corporate Services manages and assigns transponder access to the Health Sciences Centre (HSC) parking garage for Faculty of Health Sciences faculty and staff. You must be a Faculty of Health Sciences faculty or staff member working in the HSC or Michael G. DeGroote Centre for Learning and Discovery (MDCL) buildings to be eligible for parking in the hospital garage.
Please note: There is currently a wait list for assignment of a transponder.
To be placed on the waitlist for a transponder, please submit a Parking Transponder Waitlist Request. You will be contacted when a transponder becomes available. Transponders are assigned as they become available, according to application date.
If you wish to cancel your transponder, please submit a Parking Transponder Cancellation Request.
The purchase of a $40.00 non-refundable fee for a transponder is required.
Underground/South Garage costs $115.00/monthly. Rates are subject to change at the discretion of the Hamilton Health Sciences Volunteer Association (HHSVA).
Please note: All parking fees are standard. Part-time parking options are not available.

Daily parking passes are intended to be used for infrequent users, visitors, special events and/or special circumstances. Daily parking passes are not issued to staff for regular daily parking.
Daily parking passes may be purchased from Hamilton Health Sciences Volunteer Association (HHSVA) Parking Office on a department account, only by an individual who has been identified to HHSVA via an email from the department manager as having signing authority on the account.
Both the Health Sciences Centre and McMaster University main campus offer bike storage facilities.

Please complete the Bike Shelter form (PDF) and return it to the Hamilton Health Sciences Security Office located in the main entrance, level two.
Main Campus
Bike parking is available throughout McMaster campus, including a secure storage area near Chester New Hall. Please visit McMaster University Parking Services for more information.
